The training facility was established to accommodate the requirements of regional employers and to provide the best opportunities for hands-on training on equipment and systems used in the modern factories operating. This, in turn will facilitate the creation of a well-trained national labor force that can be relied upon to meet the challenges that arise in various technical and vocational fields.
